What the cucikiss Live Dealer Lobby Holds

Our live dealer section pulls streams from multiple studios — Evolution for the globally recognised titles, Pragmatic Play Live for Speed Baccarat and Mega Roulette, SA Gaming for the Asian-facing tables that Malaysia players open first. Every table runs on a dedicated video feed: multiple camera angles, real cards dealt by a trained croupier, and a side-bet panel that updates with each

new shoe. Players in George Town and beyond reach the lobby in seconds on any mobile browser — no app install needed. Dragon Tiger sits alongside classic Baccarat variants, making it easy to move between fast-format and full-hand play within the same session.

HOW WE RUN TABLES

Fair Play and Stream Integrity in Our Live Lobby

Every live dealer title we carry comes from studios that publish their own certification and shuffle procedures. We don't layer extra house rules on top — the table limits, side bets and payout ratios are exactly what the studio configures. RTP information is shown only where the game provider exposes it in the table interface itself.

Studio-Certified Streams

Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live hold independent certifications for their shuffle and dealing procedures. We carry their streams as-is — no modifications to odds or card handling on our end.

Round History Access

Every hand and spin is logged in your account round history. If a result looks off, you can pull the exact timestamp and bet amount — and so can our support team when reviewing a dispute.

No Modified Side-Bet Margins

Side bets on Dragon Tiger or Baccarat — Tie, Banker Pair, Super Six — run at the margin the studio sets. We don't apply an additional layer; what the table shows is what applies.

Provider Transparency

SA Gaming publishes its dealing sequence documentation. Where a studio makes RTP figures available on the table card, you'll see them displayed in the game interface without any edit from us.

DEALER LOBBY HELP

Help While You're at the Live Tables

If a stream drops, a bet is flagged, or your account wallet doesn't reflect a settled round, our support paths are here. Reach us through live chat, email or your account message centre — each channel connects you to agents familiar with live dealer mechanics, not a generic helpdesk script.

Team online

Live Chat

Open the chat widget from inside the lobby for real-time help with stream issues, unsettled bets or table access — agents who know the live dealer environment handle these queries.

Account Message Centre

Log a query directly through your account dashboard. Useful for round-history disputes or flagging a disconnected session — tracked and timestamped for your reference.

Email Support

For detailed session logs or bet-settlement evidence, email support lets you attach screenshots. Our team reviews live dealer round data from the studio server before responding.

Live Dealer Glossary — Terms Worth Knowing

New to live tables or just want to check a term before you sit down? These plain-language definitions cover the mechanics, bet types and account concepts that come up most often in our live dealer lobby.

01
What is a shoe in Live Baccarat?

A shoe is the dealing device that holds multiple decks — usually 6 or 8 — shuffled together. Cards are drawn from the shoe each round until a shuffle point is reached.

02
What does 'natural' mean at a Baccarat table?

A natural is when the first two cards dealt to Player or Banker total 8 or 9. No third card is drawn; the hand is scored immediately and bets are settled.

03
What is the Squeeze feature in Live Baccarat?

Squeeze lets the croupier slowly reveal card corners for drama before turning them face-up. It is a dealing style offered in certain studio variants — odds and rules are unchanged.

04
What does Dragon Win and Tiger Win mean in Dragon Tiger?

Dragon Tiger is a one-card-each game. Dragon Win and Tiger Win are the two main bets — you predict which position receives the higher card. Tied cards result in a half-stake return.

05
What is Speed Baccarat?

Speed Baccarat is a variant where cards are revealed face-up immediately, cutting round time to roughly 27 seconds. Pragmatic Play Live offers this format in our live lobby.

06
What does 'ante bet' mean in Live Casino Hold'em?

The ante is the mandatory opening bet placed before cards are dealt. After seeing your hand you can fold — losing the ante — or raise to continue against the dealer's hand.

Common Questions About Our Live Dealer Lobby

These are the questions we hear most from people exploring the live tables for the first time — or returning after a gap. Each answer reflects how our lobby actually works, not a generic casino template.

Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and SA Gaming are the three main studios in our current live lobby. Each runs its own dedicated tables — you'll see the studio badge on the table card before you sit.

Yes. The lobby layout lets you move between table types — Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Blackjack — without leaving the live casino section. Just tap a different table card and the new stream loads in the same window.

Our live lobby is built to run in a mobile browser. No separate download is needed — the video stream and bet panel scale to your screen automatically, whether you're on iOS or Android.

Top up via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay from your account wallet page. Once the transfer reflects in your balance, select a table, confirm your chip size and you're in — the whole flow takes under two minutes.

If the connection drops after a bet is placed, the round still settles server-side using the studio's recorded result. Log back in and check round history — the outcome and any payout will be there.

Access depends on local law and is available where local law permits. If a table type or studio is restricted in your region, it won't appear in the lobby when you log in from that location.
